Our Comprehensive Testing Process
Every injector that enters our Brisbane workshop undergoes a rigorous, multi-point inspection and flow test.
Ultrasonic Cleaning & Visual Inspection
Injectors are externally cleaned in an ultrasonic bath to remove carbon and grease. We then inspect the nozzle, body, and electrical connectors for physical damage or heat stress.
Electrical Resistance Testing
We test the internal solenoid or piezo stack for correct resistance, capacitance, and insulation faults to ensure the electrical circuit is functioning perfectly.
Delivery & Return Flow Measurement
We simulate exact engine conditions (from idle to full load). We precisely measure the volume of fuel delivered and the amount of fuel returning to the tank. High return flow indicates internal valve wear.
Spray Pattern & Atomisation Analysis
Injectors are mounted to our high-pressure test bench. We visually analyze the spray pattern to ensure fuel is atomising correctly and not dripping, streaming, or veering off-center.
Detailed Diagnostic Reporting
Once testing is complete, we generate a highly detailed, printed diagnostic report showing exactly how your injectors performed against OEM factory specifications.
