Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to return old cores to remain eligible for a core deposit refund.

Cores must be returned complete and assembled, exactly as removed from the engine.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all cores are packaged securely and sealed appropriately for transport. Diesel Injectors Australia accepts no responsibility for cores damaged in transit.
A copy of the original invoice or order confirmation must be included with all returned cores.
We recommend reusing the packaging from the new product to minimise the risk of transport damage.
Customers will be contacted regarding any discrepancies with returned cores and will have 5 business days to respond.
Approved core deposit refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Diesel Injectors Australia may offer a buy-back program for additional cores. Please contact our team for approval before sending any extra items.
